What’s it like working on the inside? We interview the people that know all about what it takes to live a day in the life of a SND Productions crew member. This is our very first article and so, we thought it would be best to start off with our official “Shop Assistant” , James Smit.
We asked our beloved James what part of the job he liked most, to which he responded by saying that he loved meeting the newer artists & seeing celebrities come and go as they please throughout the day.
“The hardest part about the job of being a shop assistant is the engineering of digital desks. One of the things you don’t know about except if you work in the field, is how much effort goes into the set-up of a show. The public only ever sees the end result, but we are on the inside,” James reported.
We asked James about some of the highlights in his SND Crew experiences on the job and he said that there is no stand out singular moment and that the entire career is one good memory when looking back to where you were and how far you’ve come.
